Carla Thompson - is the voice on the phone and the person who greets you in the office. She manages the day to day operation of the church and supports Pastor in his ministry.
Cindy Randall serves as our church pianist. She is a gifted musician who serves with gladness and humility. Listen closely, she might surprise you with a jazzy rendition of a hymn.
Sue Keller - works tirelessly to keep the Lord's house spic and span. She is a little OCD... all the light switches have to be going in the same direction.
Carla Thompson also serves as our music director. She directs the Adult choir and Bell Choir and oversees all aspects of music in the worship service. We look at her back a lot.
Clay Berka - Is the guy behind our sound. He mans the sound desk and sees to the maintenance of all the audio equipment. You probably won't hear him make a sound himself though.
Tammy Mayer - Oversees all aspects of Christian Education. She teaches Children's Church during worship and the Tweens class on Wednesday night. She is always wearing a smile
Scott Clary is our Youth Leader. He teaches the High School class on Wednesday nights.
Every member of our congregation is in the King's service.
Our church is governed by the board of elders which make up the Session. The elders serve as trustees and manage the church finances.
The Board of Deacons minister to the sick and home bound in our congregation.
We Have A Mission, W.H.A.M. is our Mission Team. W.H.A.M. leads the congregation in mission projects both locally and globally. Our ongoing projects include: Disaster relief, soldier support, and support of local agencies including Mary House, Hope House, Community Action, and Habitat for Humanity.
This team also furnishes funeral luncheons and assists at church dinners and receptions.
Every fall we have a women's retreat. All the women of the church are invited to gather for a weekend of Fun, fellowship, prayer, and personal growth. The pictures in the gallery below depict the wonderful times that have been shared at this annual event.
